Omakase (γŠδ»»γ›) means "I leave it to you." It is a chef-curated tasting menu where the itamae selects each piece based on the freshest seasonal ingredients. At Kohaku, our omakase is a 15-course journey through Japan's finest seafood.

We recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance. Our twelve-seat counter fills quickly, especially on weekends. For the omakase experience, a reservation is required.

Yes, with advance notice. Please indicate any allergies or dietary preferences in your reservation request. We can accommodate pescatarian, gluten-free (upon request), and other dietary needs. However, please note that omakase is a fish-focused experience.

We require 48 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged 50% of the omakase price. We understand plans change β€” please contact us as early as possible.

We recommend smart casual or upscale attire. While we do not require jackets, most guests dress elegantly for the occasion. No shorts or flip-flops, please.
